How has your approach to playing changed/evolved over the years (say, twix the Avalon days and now)?
I guess I'm looking more for the "philosophy" that informs the music -- what you pay attention to, what you're trying to accomplish, that sort of thing.
Although, if you want to discuss technique I think that would be fascinating as well.
Doing what you do, as well as you do, for as long as you have -- your perspective would be informative at least.
