Hello. The early Big Brother sound was described by Sam Andrew (I think) as "progressive regressive hurricane blues style". Are there any recordings or tapes of this early pre-Janis Big Brother around? Or, if not, what Janis era or post Janis Big Brother songs/performances would you regard as a good example of that progressive regressive hurricane blues style? I was listening to a clip of Catch Me Daddy as performed at the Generation Club if I'm not mistaken, and the instrumental break/guitar solo struck me as maybe an example of that. Also parts of the California Hall 1966 permormance maybe?
